Here are answers to some frequently asked questions: How far is your villa from the airport? The villa is less than 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approximately 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? The villa can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably. A rollaway bed is provided should you have another person. A cot and high chair are also provided free of charge. Where do we collect the keys from for the villa? You will be pleased to hear 'Mickey’s Villa' has a key pad entry system and a code number will be allocated to you for the duration of your stay. This certainly eliminates the possible delays in locating Management Company Offices and waiting for keys to be issued. How far are you away from Walt Disney World? Disney is less than 10 minutes away. We provide you with a back route to avoid any traffic delays. Where are the nearest convenience stores/restaurants? Within 2 minutes of the villa is a Walmart, Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Chemist and a variety of small stores. JTs Family Restaurant, Pizza Hut, ACE Chinese Buffet, Houlihans, Subway, TGI Fridays, Cracker Barrell, Carrabas, Red Lobster, Outback, Ponderosa, Sizzlers, Shoneys and IHOP are all within a 5 minute drive Do you allow smoking or pets? We do not allow pets and for the comfort and safety of our guests smoking is not allowed Can the Pool and Spa be heated? The Pool and Spa can be heated at an additional charge and is recommended between October and April. Do you supply all bed linen/towels? We supply all bed linens and towels. Do you have any facilities for small children? We supply a cot and high chair and a selection of soft toys, books and Play station 2 and games. Who do we contact if there are any problems with the villa? Our Managing Agent will be happy to help in the event of any problems contact details are supplied. Can we have an extra clean whilst we are in the villa? This can be pre-booked at an extra charge of £50/$100 Use of the phone in the villa? International and Local calls are FREE to guests.
